1. Be respectful
Treat members, trainers, gym staff, and YOG support with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or sexual misconduct are prohibited.
2. Safety first
Report unsafe gym conditions or trainer conduct through in-app tools. Do not share others' private information. Meet for sessions in appropriate professional settings unless both parties agree otherwise.
3. Authentic participation
Use your real identity for bookings. Fake reviews, referral abuse, and coordinated manipulation undermine trust and violate our Review & Rating and Anti-Fraud policies.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, booking restrictions, or account termination. Severe cases may be referred to law enforcement.
