These Terms govern your access to and use of the YOG Platform operated by YOG Fitness Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("YOG", "we", "us"). Version 1.0, published 2026-06-12.

YOG Fitness Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("YOG", "we", "us") operates joinyog.com website, mobile applications, and admin interfaces (collectively, the "Platform") as a fitness marketplace connecting members, independent trainers, and partner gyms across India. By creating an account, browsing listings, making bookings, purchasing passes or memberships, or using the YOG wallet, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific policies linked at checkout.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Trainers and gym partners must additionally meet verification requirements described in our Provider Verification Policy. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be authorised by that entity.
YOG is an intermediary technology platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Unless expressly stated, YOG is not the provider of personal training, gym access, or fitness advice. Trainers and gyms are independent service providers responsible for their services, premises, safety, and statutory compliance. YOG facilitates discovery, booking, payments, and support tooling.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. See our Security Policy for platform safeguards.
Paid transactions are processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. Prices may include applicable GST. Wallet balances, memberships, day passes, and session packs are governed by their respective policies: Wallet Terms, Booking Policy, Membership Policy, Day Pass Policy, and Session Pack Policy. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Profile information, photos, reviews, and messages you submit must comply with our Content Policy, Community Guidelines, and Review & Rating Policy. You grant YOG a non-exclusive licence to host and display such content for Platform operation.
Fitness activities involve inherent risk. Consult a physician before beginning any programme. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOG disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law. For grievances, contact legal@joinyog.com before initiating proceedings where reasonably possible.
