Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rules for cancelling bookings, passes, memberships, and wallet top-ups, aligned with Razorpay and Indian consumer law.

1. Overview
This policy applies to purchases on YOG processed through Razorpay. Refund eligibility depends on product type, provider cancellation rules, and timing. GST invoices are issued per applicable law.
2. Trainer session bookings
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may receive full credit or refund to the original payment method or YOG wallet, per the trainer's listed policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees. Disputes are handled per our Booking Policy.
3. Day passes & session packs
Unused day passes and session packs may be refundable within 7 days of purchase if not redeemed, minus payment gateway charges where applicable. Partially used packs are non-refundable except where required by law. See Day Pass Policy and Session Pack Policy.
4. Memberships
Gym memberships sold through YOG follow the partner gym's cooling-off terms where disclosed at purchase and our Membership Policy. Pro-rata refunds are not guaranteed after activation unless mandated.
5. Wallet top-ups
Wallet balance is generally non-refundable once credited except for failed bookings, duplicate charges, or as required by RBI closed-loop PPI norms and our Wallet Terms.
6. Refund process
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method or wallet within 5–10 business days, subject to bank and Razorpay processing times. You will receive email and in-app notification when processed.
7. Chargebacks & abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension per our Anti-Fraud Policy.
