1. Activation
Memberships activate on the start date shown at purchase or first gym check-in, whichever the gym specifies.
2. Access & benefits
Benefits are defined by the partner gym listing (hours, zones, classes). YOG displays gym-provided terms; the gym is responsible for facility access.
3. Freeze & transfer
Freeze or transfer requests follow gym policy. YOG facilitates requests but cannot override partner rules.
4. Renewal
Auto-renewal, if offered, is disclosed at checkout with cancellation instructions compliant with consumer law.
