Account Deletion Policy
How to delete your YOG account and what happens to your data.

1. How to request deletion
Members can delete accounts from Profile → Account settings on web or mobile by confirming with "DELETE". Email verification may be required.
2. Effect of deletion
Access ends immediately. Personal identifiers are anonymised where possible. Some records (payments, consent audit, fraud prevention) are retained as required by law.
3. Wallet balance
Request withdrawal of unused wallet balance before deletion where permitted. Forfeiture may apply to promotional credits.
4. Trainer & gym accounts
Providers must settle outstanding payouts and complete active bookings before deletion. Listings are removed upon approval.
5. App store compliance
This policy satisfies Apple App Store and Google Play requirements for in-app account deletion and data removal requests.
