Wallet Terms
Terms governing the YOG closed-loop wallet for eligible purchases on the Platform.

1. Nature of wallet
The YOG wallet stores prepaid balance usable only for eligible goods and services on the Platform. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not transferable outside YOG except where law requires.
2. Loading balance
Top-ups are processed via Razorpay. Minimum and maximum limits may apply for fraud prevention. GST applies where applicable on underlying purchases, not on unused balance.
3. Usage
Wallet may pay for bookings, passes, memberships, and fees disclosed at checkout. Promotional credits may have expiry dates and usage restrictions.
4. Refunds & reversals
Failed transactions are credited back to the wallet or original payment method. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Inactivity & closure
Long-inactive accounts may be subject to dormancy procedures permitted under applicable RBI PPI guidance. On account deletion, unused balance is handled per Wallet Terms and law.
