1. Independent contractor
Trainers are independent professionals, not employees of YOG. You set availability, pricing within platform rules, and deliver services safely and lawfully.
2. Verification
You must complete Provider Verification and maintain valid certifications, insurance where applicable, and accurate profile information.
3. Platform fees & payouts
YOG deducts disclosed platform fees before remitting earnings per Payout & Settlement Policy. You are responsible for your tax obligations including GST registration where required.
4. Professional conduct
Maintain professional boundaries, respect member privacy, and comply with Community Guidelines and Content Policy.
5. Termination
Either party may end the listing relationship with notice. Outstanding bookings must be honoured or refunded per Booking Policy.
